A $10 reissue fee is assessed when a card is lost. However, if the card or number has been stolen, a fraud dispute or police report is highly suggested be filed and provided in order for the fee to be waived. In these cases, the current card is closed and a new card number is issued. If the card has been damaged due to normal wear and tear, the $10 reissue fee is waived and the same card number is reissued, but you may be required to provide us with the damaged card. Once a card has been closed, a new card is automatically reissued and will arrive within 7-10 business days.
